Zalando and Paco Rabanne partner for capsule collection in Europe

Paco Rabanne haș created a capsule collection “inspired by the brand’s strong DNA” that’s available exclusively via e-tailer Zalando. It launches in all 25 of Zalando’s European markets on Wednesday.

The link-up between the Paris-based fashion house and the German fashion e-tail giant “celebrates the new generation of luxury consumers” and although it’s described as a capsule, it actually includes 40 pieces, including the chained bags, disc-inspired skirts, tops and dresses in bold colours for which Paco Rabanne is known.

There are 20 ready-to-wear items, 17 accessories and three footwear styles, with the companies saying “the use of metal and a choice of innovative cuts mixed with bright summer colours are strong elements of the capsule”. 

And as of Tuesday, it comes with a campaign starring French singer-songwriter Crystal Murray, DJ and model Dustin Muchuvitz and model Aj Yel, all styled by Glen Mban, “who celebrates the joy of playing with fashion by reinventing the codes of luxury to express individual uniqueness”.
