Speedo USA appoints John Graham as President

Speedo USA this month named John Graham President, effective immediately. Graham is a longtime sports apparel industry executive that previously served as Speedo USA’s SVP of Sales.

 
Prior to joining Speedo USA, Graham spent two years at Quiksilver as SVP of Sales for surf and snowboarding apparel. In this role, he focused on e-commerce and wholesale sales in North America and oversaw a 160-person customer service, sales and operations team.
 
Graham also worked at Easton Bell Sports as SVP of Commerce, and at Nike as Director of Apparel Sales for North America and Commercial Director for Nike Action Sports, at one time the company’s fastest growing line.

Speedo in June launched a waterproof fitness tracker smartwatch with Misfit, and in August launched a lifestyle collection. The company had a great year thanks to the 2016 Summer Olympics, but it fell into some hot water following Ryan Lochte’s incident in Rio. Speedo later decided to end Lochte’s sponsorship contract in August, which Lochte supported via email.
