After having held the position of Etam’s CEO since November 2019, Patricia Tranvouëz will be leaving the company for the Inula Group this March, FashionNetwork.com has learned. Inula, fast-growing Belgian group specializing in aromatherapy and medicinal plants that owns the Pranarôm, HerbalGem, and Biofloral brands was acquired by French investment fund, Ardian, in 2018.

Patricia Tranvouëz - groupe Etam

Tranvouëz worked in the cosmetics industry before joining the lingerie brand a little over two years ago. She was part of Unilever and L’Oréal’s teams prior to joining the LVMH group in 2004. The HEC graduate and mother of three first took on the role of the Sephora brand’s CEO then went on to head the S+ company two years later. In 2010, the luxury group entrusted her with Kenzo Parfums’ general management, a position she held for nine years.

Just a few months after she started leading Etam, Tranvouëz had to pilot the company through the health crisis. She additionally helped the brand launch a new concept store, brought together the lingerie and ready-to-wear lines, and amplified CSR strategies.

The company, which has 660 points of sale and recorded a 15% drop in its activity in 2020, has yet to name its former CEO’s replacement. It has also not commented on its 30 Russian stores and whether they will continue operating.
