New Coco de Mer campaign stars Helena Christensen

Published
Sep 27, 2022

Luxe lingerie brand Coco de Mer has unveiled a new seasonal campaign with high-profile star Helena Christensen fronting the creative.

Coco de Mer

The new Icons campaign is an exclusive collaboration with Christensen, as well as with photographer Claire Rothstein, make-up artist Ruby Hammer, stylist Bay Garnett, hairstylist Samantha Hillerby and manicurist Sabrina Gayle.

The supermodel returns after debuting as the face of the brand last year with the campaign back then focusing on The Female Gaze and seeing her taking control of the image and art direction, so everything about the way she was viewed was up to her.

This time round, the campaign evolves the concept and considers how a collective of women can create a new perspective.

It features four ranges, incorporating a new design (Hera), a number of updated styles from the Coco de Mer archive and an expanded, more inclusive size range.

“By incorporating a fusion of different women and their unique visions, I hope we encourage women to celebrate their feminine power, and the phenomenal feeling you experience when wearing Coco de Mer,” Christensen said.

Brand owner and CEO Lucy Litwack added that the company had “looked at ways to top the success of last year, and became so excited by the concept of a collective female gaze, to show another dimension of iconic through the potential we can create together”.
