Missoni to open new location on Madison Avenue

Missoni has entered into a long-term leasing agreement with Thor Equities Group for a new 3,800-square-foot store located at 680 Madison Avenue. 

The ground-level space features 25 feet of frontage adjacent to Tom Ford, which operates across a 12,300-square-foot space. 
 
Owned by Thor Equities group, 680 Madison Avenue runs the entire length of Madison between 61st and 62nd Streets, and encompasses 34,000 square feet of retail space. Other tenants include Ralph & Russo, Brioni, and Morgenthal Frederics, while the surrounding area plays host to luxury retailers like Hermès, Berlutti, Graff, Chopard, David Yurman, Chanel and Barneys New York.

According to a press release, about 2,800 square feet of space remains available for lease following the new Missoni contract. 

This newest store joins the Missoni Boutique also located on Madison Avenue and the M Missoni locations inside Bergdorf Goodman and Saks on 5th Avenue, as well as the Italian luxury brand's other New York locations.
