Iconix Brand Group names Jamie Cygielman Chief Marketing Officer

Iconix Brand Group announced on Wednesday the hiring of Jamie Cygielman as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer on January 3, 2017.

 
The University of Michigan graduate brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development to Iconix. Cygielman held executive positions at The Jones Group, Madison Square Garden, Mattel, Revlon, and Hit Entertainment, and she currently serves as GM/EVP of Madame Alexander Doll Company.
 
Iconix in September added Sanjay Khosla and Kristen O’Hara to its Board of Directors and announced the retirement of Barry Emanuel. The company also announced that it would nominate Kenneth Slutsky for the election at the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders. Slutsky’s election would make more than half of Iconix’s directors new to the Board in the past two years.

The company in November reduced its full year financial guidance following a mixed third quarter performance.
