"Fashion Month" -- the name given to the seasonal ready-to-wear womenswear shows taking over the catwalks of New York, London, Milan and Paris -- is upon us, and that can only mean one thing: the street style circuit is about to explode.

According to global fashion search platform Lyst, which has been using search data to monitor global trends as well as local, smaller spikes over the last three months, seven brands are set to dominate the street style scene this month.

In London, we can expect to see lots of Alessandra Rich pieces -- particularly the label's crystal heart earrings, Lyst reports. Searches for the contemporary womenswear brand are up 29%. Niche brand Nanushka, whose pieces are designed in Budapest and made in Europe, is also trending in the UK capital, alongside fair trade and ecological footwear brand Veja, whose searches are up 35%.

In Paris it will be all about the wool blazer -- with London-based brand Racil's pieces singled out by Lyst.

Meanwhile, the Nina leather bag by ready-to-wear designer Gabriela Hearst is set to take over the streets of New York, along with hooded, quilted jackets by cult Danish brand Ganni and trouser suits by Rejina Pyo.
