Mango taps Kendall Jenner for SS16 campaign

Published
Jan 15, 2016

Spanish retailer Mango has unveiled its latest spring/summer 2016 advertising campaign, featuring Kendall Jenner as the face of “Tribal Spirit”, the label’s February trend.

Kendall Jenner is the face of Mango's new "Tribal Spirit" campaign - Mango

The campaign is part of Mango’s new marketing strategy, which will transform the high-street label into a digital-first company. 22 million annual catalogues will be phased out as it moves forward. Mango’s e-commerce business currently accounts for 10% of its revenue.

“Tribal Spirit” is only the first of a series of advertising campaigns that Mango plans to release each month, with some of the world’s most beautiful models presenting the brand’s monthly trends.

The move comes shortly after Mango revealed it will not take part in Barcelona Fashion Week due to a change in its marketing strategy.

“Tribal Spirit” will be released across multiple platforms on February 1st.
