Mall of Scandinavia: Unibail-Rodamco dreams big near Stockholm

The Mall of Scandinavia is located in Solna, seven minutes from the centre of Stockholm. It was opened on 12th November and lies within a catchment area of 1.57 million inhabitants, all living within 30 minutes of the mall. It's a new shopping venture created by retail promoter Unibail-Rodamco with an investment of €640 million.
 

The mall brings together a total of 224 retailers over an area of 100,00 m². Some are classic brands, such as Zara, &Other Stories, Victoria’s Secret, COS and Michael Kors, but the mall also features 14 retailers that are new to the Swedish market, such as Pull&Bear, Intimissimi, Disney, Kiko Milano and Lego.

An area within the mall, labelled 'Designer Gallery', hosts specific lines by designer brands like Céline Sunglasses, Kartell and Reebok Pump Fury, and a selection of pop-up stores…

There is also a catering area called 'The Dining Experience', and hairdressers, personal shoppers and other services are available for customers, just like at the Polygone Riviera mall in Cagnes-sur-mer, on the French Riviera, created by the same promoter and inaugurated on 22nd October.
